Rough start. On move in, the fridge didn’t work and I lost some groceries. Also, there is a leak in the bathroom. Maintenance was great and worked on both.

The elevators not working has been frustrating. And how dirty the garage is with junk or items people don't throw away, however the garbage cans that have been placed is helpful. I am looking forward to the pool opening.

Great place to call home. Conveniently located between LoDo and RiNo. Before moving here i toured a fair amount of apartments downtown and this is the best bang for your buck in terms of sq footage.

I recently moved into TwentyOne01 on Market and have been loving my experience so far. The building is modern, clean, and in a great location with easy access to everything downtown Denver has to offer. The apartments are thoughtfully designed with updated finishes, plenty of natural light, and great amenities that make day-to-day living really convenient.

One of my favorite parts is how comfortable and welcoming the overall community feels. The staff has also been helpful and responsive...
throughout the move-in process, which made settling in much less stressful.

In 4 years I have seen a lot of changes in this building. I am happy to see that the revolving door of management and leasing has slowed and the team in the office has had consistency. The elevator situation can be frustrating but at least management has been sending emails with updates. But honestly, can’t wait until there are 3 working elevators for the building. Maintenance is so much better than it has been in the past which I am very thankful for. In general, the building has been great to... live in for the past 4 years.
