I recommend Greenwood Point. The management team is incredible - when we there are issues they have been proactive in addressing them as far as I’ve seen. I’ve seen other communities have broken garage doors for months, or other issues that were not addressed in a timely manner for residents. Greenwood is the most on top of it that I’ve seen. I’m very appreciative.

5 stars. The good things outshine the bad. The office staff are awesome. Maintenance guys are awesome. Neighbors can be tough to live with. The gym needs some work.

we’ve been moved in for about a week and have had great communication with the office. any maintenance requests put in have been fixed very quickly. my boyfriend and i have been very happy with our choice of complex.
