I have been here through (now) 3 management companies. They each had/have their strengths. The current team (~2 yrs) has overseen a lot of renovation and deferred maintenance. The place looks better than at amy time I can remember.

Great experience with my AC maintenance issue. It was resolved quickly and efficiently. Team members were fantastic and the vendor who helped out was very knowledgeable and helpful also. The guy was fun and personable and got me fixed up super quickly before anything got too bad. I super appreciate it!

I have lived in seven different apartment buildings in CO, and I do believe Promenade Place will be the proverbial “best for last.” I toured, applied and got approved within two hours. The property is cleaned and well maintained. The amenities are updated and inviting. The location is top-tier. And my unit? Well to say this is the best design of any unit I have ever lived in is an understatement. A cozy office, arches in hallways/bathroom, a double-sized closet, and a spacious balcony PLUS... juliet doors?! I have never seen anything like it before and doubtful I will again. If you have any doubts about making Promenade Place your next home, don’t take my word for it, just take a tour and let it speak for itself!
