Invasion of privacy
At this rate, I have been highly disrespected,
Because of their absolutely trash plumbing issues. It has completely destroyed many of my expensive devices and other things.
I walked into my apartment for lunch and saw a maintenance worker was in my room, but I was not informed they were going to come over...
Then was very arguably lied to by an office worker and told that I and the head lease holder were both contacted...When neither of us had any missed calls from this complex.
Complexes need... to be very blatant and communicative and give much longer notice than a few minutes. I could have moved all of my heavy furniture out of the way of the door so that they could bring in their large equipment.
But they had moved and mishandled a bunch of my personal items!!!!
Including my large, EXPENSIVE, ANTIQUE vanity dresser...But yet still, while I was watching them take their stuff out...Their equipment was still bashing into my wooden furniture! Then, the painting that I had on my wall crashed to the ground, and they had unplugged my mini fridge that I needed to get my lunch out of, so I could have my lunch break!
I ended up being late for work because of all of this.
I had let him know that I needed to get my food out of my fridge for my lunch break.
But, his response was, "I'm almost done..."
He also left my front door open the entire time he was in my unit, and I had let him know that if he goes to units that have animals, maybe he shouldn't leave the door open because my cat was in the hallway!
But when he left, not only did he fail to put anything back or plug my fridge back in, he also left my door wide open!!!!!!!!!
Then I was on a very unhappy phone call with the office after this had happened.
I seriously question whether whoever bought this complex is even in the right mind, if they think it's okay to continue asking new unit buyers if they want a washer in the unit, while being completely aware that it floods the units below!
Especially because they didn't actually do any tests on their plumbing to see if they could even do that...They just went for it.
Pretty idiotic, if you ask me.....
They are still allowing the people upstairs to use the washer.
I have a Dyson straightener that's $800, which got ruined from all of this, and that's not the only device.
I already have everything documented, and that's not going to just slide.
For the sake of anyone looking at these apartments for a possible move...Do NOT go with them.
Disgusting,
Unacceptable!
