The leasing staff at Canyon Reserve, especially Fernanda, were excellent with communication and answering all of my questions during the leasing and even after when maintenance needed to fix a few things at the apartment.

Maintenance staff was very kind and quick acting and provided updates and communication throughout the process. I really appreciated the lengths they went to in order to ensure we could do laundry when our washer broke.

The apartment is spacious and very beautiful. It was...
perfect for what my roommate and myself needed and for a very reasonable price!

My first apartment experience here has been wonderful!
