You'll love it here!

This apartment complex is an absolute gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always addressing any maintenance concerns promptly. The units are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with great natural light. The on-site amenities like the pool and fitness center are top-notch, and the neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near shops and restaurants. I couldn't be happier with my living situation here, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call... home.

Noisy location with incompetent staff

Road noise from 120th or Federal is constant. I was unable to leave a window open or enjoy the patio. They charge $250 on top of rent for a verity of community fees. It took 30 days to repair broken toilet. Avoid this place.

Great customer service

Beautiful mountain views. The office staff is really friendly and helpful. Maintenance is knowledgeable and personable. I definitely recommend checking out this apartment complex.

Friendly Staff and New Renovations
