Element One

I have been here now a couple of weeks and really feel at home already. I have great neighbors and the staff is great. I was a bit disappointed initially because of how the apartment was originally with not being cleaned properly and a number of items over the past weeks have been in need of repair. With that said everything (except for additional cleaning) has been taken care of very quickly.

I would have given it 5 stars were it not for the few issues.

Great management team and community. No complaints whatsoever, everyone is very welcoming. Maintenance request are also easy done in timely manner

So far we love element one. The location is awesome, pretty quiet and insulation is good. We love going on walks on Bedford street. Parking is also easy enough

We are very happy to be at Element one. The staff have been very helpful and supportive. The location is also great and we enjoy exploring the community.

The best! Great building! Clean, safe, and well-kept with friendly staff. Convenient location and overall a comfortable place to call home. Only downside is lack of guest parking, but there is ample space on the street or the Tully Center.
