Seriously only amazing things to say with the location and the staff! The staff makes living here excellent. They go out of their way to make sure everything you need is taken care of and that is amazing.

Overall has been a good experience. Only pain points are the elevators have constant issues (especially when windy), key fobs sometimes stop working randomly, and maintenance on grills could be better.

The maintenance team here is truly excellent. Marvin, in particular, is outstanding—professional, responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond. He deserves real recognition (and honestly, a raise).

That said, the walls are extremely thin, and noise from neighboring units can be a constant issue.

Love the amenities and location. Can't beat it. No notes really.

(There is the random bug or mouse that i saw, but staff generally does something about this so that it doesn't overtake the building. )
