Vantage Collection

Just moved to the building a week ago and the negotiation and documentation provided by the leasing office team wasn’t very clear, and many time incorrect. I had to call them many times and they were not very helpful. The apartment is in very good condition, maintenance team has a fast response time. The amenities are great, just the dog run that needs more attention, it’s always very dirty and smelly.

Great experience overall! Everything was exactly as planned and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We could’ve used the elevator for an extra hour for the boxes we had but can’t complain otherwise!

Great leasing office experience overall! Dog park needed throughout clean, hopefully can be upgraded to newer ones if possible as this green grass place is pretty flat and dirty and resident definitely use it very often!

Love living in Vantage! Especially taking my dog to the dog park. Also love the pool and location to the ferry! Staff is also super friendly

This is one of the best apartments I have leased between Brooklyn, DC and NJ. Between the amenities, accessibility to NY and restaurant offer around the area the life experience is great. Th building is quiet, but trash pick up times are crazy. Only 3 of the 4 elevators work at all times and the AC is an in-wall unit, which increases the electricity cost. No complains about anything else. Great leasing opportunity in general.
