Even love the name of the street. Amazing community to live. Community spaces are inviting, pool area super clean. Walking distance from bars and restaurants so less uber eats use

Overall, it’s been a good experience since moving in less than a week ago. Maintenance came quick to check out an odd odor and tried to fix it. Odor still exists unfortunately. If you like it dark when you sleep at night, this might not be the best place for you. J the concierge is very kind, friendly and helpful. Overall, the building is very quiet, but we’re seriously struggling with the person above us who stomps around all day long. This was my biggest fear moving into an apartment.

It has been an amazing experience living at the Julius this past year. Every single staff member from the leasing agents, maintenance, cleaning, support staff, admin, management - have all been clear, responsive and professional. If I was not moving out of state I would renew my lease. Great location, amenities, quality of service. Very lucky to have stumbled upon this gem while apartment hunting. Keep up the awesome upkeep and service!
