I love it here

I love living here! It’s right next to the metro and next to King Oyster Bar for some great happy hour specials. Shoutout to Omar, the main desk assistant! Because he always brightens my day. Not only him, but everyone that works here for putting up some great events for our building.

Home is where community is, and RESA is no different!

Love living here not just because of the amenities, or my apartment, but of the community I have built with residents and with the staff that works here. Will, April, Wade, Dione, Cheryl, Omar, Ty, Tyrese and many more people make this place run smoothly. If ever I need anything, I know that I can go to any one of them, and they will handle any concern or question quickly. I could not imagine living anywhere else.

My apartment is so homey and lovely, the amenities have stood the test of time,... and if ever I need a replacement, I can call it in. Fantastic place!

Just moved in. The process was a bit hectic as I did not know where the loading dock was nor how to access it. I wish instructions had been sent about that. Other than that things have gone smooth so far.
