Moving in was great! The apartment was a little dirty but the team at APEX fixed the issue immediately! We have loved living here! The whole team is attentive to any needs or issues we may have!

Apex Apopka is a beautiful community where I am home and can relax in comfort. It is peaceful and it's management team is professional and timely in responding to issues. Everywhere is clean and smells amazing. I rarely use the amenities but they are awesome and rules are in place to prevent abuse. I am in my 60's and do use the stairs to keep fit but welcome the elevator and the trolley provided to assist with moving my heavy stuff. Overall I am happy living here.

No Place Like Home

I've been very impressed with Apex Apopka since moving in. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel more like a neighborhood than a typical apartment complex. The amenities are thoughtfully designed and always kept clean, and the landscaping around the property is consistently well cared for.
One thing that stands out is the professionalism of the staff. The leasing team has been friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests have been... handled promptly and efficiently. Communication from management has also been clear and helpful whenever updates are needed.
The location is another major advantage, offering convenient access to major roadways, leading to shopping, dining, and parks, while still maintaining a peaceful environment. Overall, Apex Apopka has provided a comfortable and enjoyable living experience, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment community in the area.

By far the best complex. You can tell the team genuinely cares. The property is always clean, feels safe and is a beautiful place. Only downfall is thin walls and windows are stressful if you are sensitive to noise.
