Jeff Levine has spent 29 years in real estate, and he has never stopped selling. Licensed since 1997, Jeff began his career in central New Jersey after 15 years running family owned retail businesses. In his first year in the business he closed 48 buyer agency transactions and 55 tenant representation leases. Since relocating to Florida he has overseen the completion of more than 10,000 real estate sales transactions and thousands of leases, totaling over $3 billion in closed volume, and has coached and trained more than 2,500 sales associates. Today Jeff is Broker Associate and Team Leader of Lux Places Group at RE/MAX Services in Boca Raton, where he and his team serve buyers, sellers, and investors across South Florida. He is also Founder and CEO of Levine Coaching Company, where he works with agents, teams, and brokerage leaders who are producing well but not profiting well. His signature program, Profitable on Purpose: Think Like a CEO, is a curriculum of 12 modules built on John Maxwell leadership methodology and DISC behavioral training. It teaches agents to run their business by the numbers rather than by the next closing. Jeff caps his coaching practice at 20 concurrent clients, because he believes coaching only works when it is genuinely personal. Jeff serves as 2027 President Elect of Florida Realtors, the largest state Realtor association in the country, representing more than 235,000 members. He previously served as 2026 Vice President and is Past President of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors. A licensed Florida real estate instructor and permit holder of the School of Advanced Realty, he teaches NAR designation and certification courses including CIPS, SRES, ABR, PSA, and SFR. He holds the CRS, CIPS, ABR, and SRES designations, is a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, a Maxwell DISC Certified Behavioral Trainer, and a member of FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation. He studied at Syracuse University and Baruch College. Jeff speaks regularly on production systems, team leadership, behavioral communication, and the business of running a real estate practice as a business. What separates him on a stage is simple: he is still in production. He is not teaching from memory. He lives in Boca Raton, Florida, and supports Children's Miracle Network. When he is not working, he is usually traveling, fishing, or on the water.
