DelliCarpini developed her work ethic at a young age. Raised by immigrant Italian parents in Bronx, N.Y., her parents instilled in her a strong work ethic and sense of integrity. She attended college and obtained an Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Married to John Otero, entrepreneur and co-founder of Otero & Companies, DelliCarpini and her husband operate multiple businesses together. She is also a proud donor of a room in the children’s Emergency Department at Garnet Health Medical Center. “I’m interested in finding my clients not only a house, but also a home,” said DelliCarpini. “Building relationships with my clients and helping them to navigate selling the home they lived in for decades is extremely rewarding.
