Upstairs, you'll find a second living room with another full-sized pull-out sofa, Smart TVs, and an additional eating area. Enjoy the sunset from the second-floor balcony, which also has an eating space. Downstairs, lounge chairs and an eating space are available, along with a private, heated pool.

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of peaceful enjoyment. Guests must leave at check-out time, and cleaners should not be sent away. No more than 8 occupants are allowed. Check-in begins after 4:00 PM EST, and check-out is at 10:00 AM EST. No early check-in or late check-outs are permitted, and attempted early check-in or late check-out will be billed at a full day's rate. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures. This is a license agreement for transient occupancy, not a landlord-tenant relationship. The property may have a gas stove, cooktop, grill, and pool heater; guests should seek assistance if unsure of operation. Gas grills must be cleaned after each use. Fire extinguishers and fire alarms are installed. There is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. Guests are responsible for their own security. The Licensor will make reasonable attempts to transfer reservations to a comparable property if the subject property becomes unavailable due to acts of God or circumstances beyond the Licensor's control, with the total liability limited to a full refund.
