This is a self-catering home; initial supplies include shampoo/conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, hand soap per bathroom, detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available. Cameras are located outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 9 guests are allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog.
