Events are not allowed. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed for the BBQ grill. Pool floats are no longer provided. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 4 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway and up to one car may park on the street in front of the house (space not guaranteed). Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines pursued if guests are found to be in violation of any rules. Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered.
