Coconut Creek city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12 am. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the house. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Late checkouts are available for an additional fee of $150 per hour and require a 24-hour notice. Guests must be 25 and older to rent. A copy of your photo ID must be uploaded within 72 hours of booking or prior to arrival. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway for up to 5 vehicles; parking on the sidewalk, grass, street, or neighbor's property is prohibited. No parties or events are allowed. Any evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Unruly behavior will result in a first and final warning, and a second offense will result in immediate eviction. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. Trash should be bagged and placed in the provided bins; overfilling bins may result in an additional cleaning fee.
