Gina has always believed that she and Roberto were destined to be Real Estate Agents. They both embarked on their careers at different times and in different areas, but together they possess almost 40 years of multifaceted experience in the Real Estate business. This has proven to be advantageous to their clients as they receive quality information to make educated decisions on their investments. Roberto Morales, who graduated from FIU with a double degree in business and finance, began as an investor 25 years ago. His skill of purchasing investment homes and commercial properties to then sell them for a profit led to his love of Real Estate. He quickly decided to become a Realtor® and do what he loves to do for a living. She, on the other hand, started her Real Estate career 12 years ago when she was hired as a loan processor in one of Miami's busiest mortgage firms. Eight years ago, Roberto and she formed a team, and together they provide their clients with timely market information, ongoing personal availability, and enhanced quality service. Today, she and Roberto own Grand Investments Realty located in Coral Gables. They look forward to building a team of qualified Real Estate Agents who strive to ensure clients enjoy a seamless, low-stress transaction from beginning to end.
