dangerous

The building has experienced flooding, and management is aware of these issues. In my experience, these serious problems were not properly disclosed to me before I moved in.

People deserve to know about major safety and flooding issues before signing a lease. Hiding or failing to disclose known problems is misleading to residents and potential tenants.

These could have been great apartments to live in. The building has a convenient location, good layouts, and nice amenities. However, the place has become far too unsafe and uncomfortable—especially for families with children.
