These could have been great apartments to live in. The building has a convenient location, good layouts, and nice amenities. However, the place has become far too unsafe and uncomfortable—especially for families with children.

We have absolutely loved our experience at Elevate Dania Beach over the past year and a half. The community is fantastic, but the exceptional service really sets it apart—a special shoutout to the maintenance team for their promptness and to Veron in leasing management for being incredibly helpful and attentive. It has been a pleasure calling this place home, and we couldn't recommend it more highly!

As current tenants at Elevate Dania Beach, we’ve had an exceptional living experience here. The property is always clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. The amenities are modern and convenient, and the community feels safe, quiet, and welcoming.
A special thank you to Veron Taylor and her staff for their professionalism, responsiveness, and consistent support. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of.
We highly recommend Elevate Dania... Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to live. We’ve been extremely happy calling this home.

All I gotta say is that everything is close by the beach the malls the restaurants even the airport I would highly recommend being a resident at elevate Dania Beach super helpful and friendly staff from management down to the cleanup crew. Everyone is amazing. I love my apartment!
