People know Worthing as the place on the Ave. But it is really so much more. Its a community unto itself. While quite a large building the tenants are friendly and you begin to see the same people and they all say hello. then you go for a walk and you recognize your neighbors. This is really quite special. Add to this an amazing management and security team and it is 5 stars. Friendly responsive staff, quick resolution to maintenance, and a clean space to call home.

Living at the Worthing is living in the middle of everything good about Delray! The people are friendly, the staff is amazing and the location is perfect. The Avenue is so accessible and all necessities are in walking distance. The best part is the dog friendly atmosphere!

If you want to live walking distance to an award winning beach in an area that allows you to walk outside and have your pick of great food and drink places and still live in a building that is like a community, look at Worthing Place for your next home!

Everything has been great here probably the best place I've ever lived in Florida besides the building is well maintained the location and the people around us inside and outside the building I've all been very good and friendly is a great place for location and just to walk around and meet great people our neighbors
