He made Florida his permanent residence in 1994. Before real estate, Edgar spent nearly a decade managing Walgreens locations across a variety of demographic and cultural backgrounds in South Florida. These experiences strengthened his skills in leadership, negotiation, and customer service. In 2004, Edgar launched his real estate career in Orlando with RE/MAX, where he has consistently earned top production awards and is a proud member of the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame. After the 2008 market downturn, Edgar relocated to Panama, where he continued in real estate and later served for a decade as a regional manager for a Christian media organization, leading multilingual projects across Latin America and the Caribbean.
