Not worth it
Parking is a constant issue. Little to no availability near your own building. The amenities hours have also been inconsistent, (now closing at 6 pm) which is disappointing given how they were originally presented. Inside the unit, we’ve had repeated maintenance issues (closet doors, cabinets, bedroom door, dishwasher, A/C). For a newer apartment, this is notably from poor build quality. There has been an ongoing silverfish problem regardless of pest control assistance. Very little sound... insulation, can hear neighbors regularly. Per the lease, vehicles can be towed for issues such as a flat tire; however, my vehicle was towed even though the tire was not flat, and there was no communication from the leasing office prior to the tow. Despite registering and receiving approval for my dog as an ESA, pet rent is still being charged, which is concerning given Fair Housing guidelines regarding assistance animals. The dog park poses safety concerns as there are several holes and large ants. Many of these concerns have been raised with management previously, but they have not been meaningfully resolved. Based on this experience, I will not be renewing my lease and would not recommmend this property to others.
