Perfect. Just let everyone know that if you are planning to move to this apartments DO NOT CHOOSE 1 2 or 3 floor because you can hear everything from the top floor and the management will not help you. I been here for 10 months without peace at nights. waiting to the day i can leave

I’m not recommending this place to anyone , cheap built, no security cameras, people without handicap permits parking on handicapped spots, there is no way to contact security, EV chargers only 3 out of 6 working, no recycling facilities have I mentioned I hate living here ?

Thanks so much for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations. While we don’t have security cameras at the buildings, we do have security staff on-site to help. All EV chargers are up and running—any recent downtime was just brief... maintenance by a third party. We also have a recycling bin by the trash compactor for everyone to use. Since our buildings are wood-framed, some noise is normal. Please remember that a valid handicap permit is needed for accessible parking, and feel free to report any issues to the office. We appreciate you helping us keep Lynwind a great community!

Lynwind is an excellent location to live! ALL the staff is great, from the leasing officers to the maintenance team, they literally make you feel at home. I am so happy I live here and I will be here for years to come.
