The Franklin is our first living place in Florida. Management and staff are both professionals and warm people. The community is really nice. The apartments are beautiful and modern. Best location for people like us who don’t drive and enjoy doing grocery shopping and going to the drugstore nearby or visiting nice restaurants.

My family and I are very comfortable living at The Franklin for the past six years. It’s a very nice community. The administration and staff are all professionals with warm personalities. The area is perfect for people like us who do not drive as we are within walking distance to the pharmacy and supermarket..
