A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for younger travelers. The master suite includes a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, a separate toilet room, a jacuzzi tub, and a standalone shower. The bunk room features triple stacked twin bunk beds, a twin bed, and a twin trundle, sleeping a total of 5. An additional bonus room offers triple stacked twin bunk beds and a baby crib. The third king room has custom painted Shabby Chic furniture, a TV, and closet space. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Guests can enjoy access to two community pools, with one being seasonally heated. The property offers private gated beach access with a pavilion, beach wagon parking, restrooms, showers, optional beach service rentals, and a Cabana Bar. Guests can also utilize the basketball, pickleball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, with potential for a third depending on vehicle size. A one-time fee of $30 per group is required for wristbands to access the gated beach. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, due before check-in. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from the pet fee.
The home is situated on a cul-de-sac within the beautiful gated community of Emerald Shores, offering convenient access from both Highway 98 and Scenic Highway 98. It is just steps away from basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, as well as one of the community pools. A short walk leads to a second, seasonally heated community pool. The private gated beach access, complete with pavilions and proximity to Kenny D's beach bar & grill, is located at the neighborhood entrance on Scenic 98. The community also offers seasonal tram service to the beach.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Residential noise ordinance is 10:00 PM. There is absolutely no street parking; a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the driveway only. No campers, trailers, RVs, boats, or watercraft parking is permitted due to HOA restrictions. Trash days are Tuesday and Saturday; trash must be bagged, and a $150 fine will be issued for non-bagged trash. Cans must remain at the back of the home. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Furniture should not be rearranged. Cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
