Guests can enjoy access to two community pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Recreational amenities include basketball, pickleball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts. There is seasonal tram service to the private gated beach access, which includes a pavilion, beach wagon parking, restrooms, and showers. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, with potential room for a third depending on vehicle size. A one-time fee of $30 per group is required for beach access wristbands. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. There is a $150 fine for unbagged trash on Tuesdays and Saturdays. A $30 fee is required for beach access wristbands. A community pavilion renovation will begin on February 1st. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
