This home accommodates up to 12 guests and features an open-concept kitchen and dining area overlooking the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. Enjoy the convenience of a keyless entry, two sofas, a TV with standard cable, and a built-in dog crate. The back patio, accessible from the living and dining area, includes both a propane and charcoal grill, and seating.
Up to two pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. If you choose to use the gated beach access available for our community, there is an entry fee for wristbands of $30 (one-time fee, for your entire group for your whole stay) to be paid (Credit/Debit Card ONLY) to the beach attendant. Proof of your stay (trip details/address info) will need to be shown to the beach attendant to confirm eligibility for community access, as this access is only available for guests in our gated community.
Located in the Emerald Shores gated community in Miramar Beach, this home is steps away from basketball and pickleball/tennis courts, and one of the community pools. A few minutes walk will take you to the second seasonally heated community pool. The private gated beach access is right at the entrance of the neighborhood on Scenic 98, complete with pavilions and close access to Kenny D's beach bar & grill.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There is absolutely no street parking at any time, with a maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway only. There is no additional parking available. Trash days are Tuesday and Saturday. You must bag your trash, as they will not pick up unbagged trash. A $150 fine is issued to guests in violation of non-bagged trash. All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. A small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap is supplied that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay. If you show up with a pet and have not disclosed it, the pet fee will be enforced. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. No smoking is permitted at any time on the property. [SI]
