Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, provided all windows and doors to the unit remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and any unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will result in a $1000 fine. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12PM check out fee is paid prior to 10PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission, and no packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates.
