Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund and will be charged a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted if all windows and doors to the unit remain closed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and a late 12 PM check-out fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before check-out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will result in a $1000 fine.
Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given. The initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens are stocked based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. We are unable to store packages before or after a guest’s reservation. While we accept packages, please be aware that receiving USPS mail is NOT permitted. For any mail-related needs, we recommend utilizing local post offices or other available mailing services in the area. Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please be aware that we do not possess a storage facility for such items. Please treat the property as if it were your own for your enjoyment and future travelers.
