Excessive trash requiring removal will incur a $75 fee, and excessive waste requiring professional deep cleaning will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee. There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any report or evidence of an unauthorized event will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the remaining stay without a refund. Any fines issued by the city due to guest noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest. Unauthorized occupants will incur a tiered violation fee. Unruly guests will receive a first and final warning, and subsequent offenses may result in eviction. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. There are outdoor cameras and doorbell cameras for security purposes.

This property is not childproofed, and the jacuzzi tub is not recommended for children. Commercial photography or filming requires host approval and an additional $500 fee. Decorations and confetti are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed and approved. Mail, packages, and deliveries are not allowed at the property without prior approval. There is no daily maid service. There is no on-site laundry available for use. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. Outdoor furniture is susceptible to wear and tear from weather and wildlife. Pets are not allowed on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. Any evidence of pet hair in these areas will incur an excessive cleaning fee. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Please ensure pets are not creating a noise disturbance. Repairs and replacements for non-essential appliances are not guaranteed, and no rebates or discounts will be provided for mechanical failures.
