Noise levels should be watched at night, respecting city-wide quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. There are 5 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices on the property. Any unauthorized guests or events will result in termination of your stay without a refund. Unruly behavior will result in a warning, and a second complaint will result in the group being asked to vacate the property. Fort Lauderdale water has a yellow tint due to tannins, but is safe to drink; a Brita water filter, smart fridge with purified water, and water bottles are provided for convenience.
