The dining area seats six, with additional bar seating for two at the island. Adjacent is the second living area with a sectional couch, large TV, and sliding doors leading to the outdoor patio. The patio features lounge chairs and entertainment options, including a volleyball net, ladder ball, and giant Connect 4, creating the perfect spot for fun.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. There is no smoking inside the house, and any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause a smoke remediation fee of $1000. If more than 3 noise complaints are received due to a pet, it may result in the termination of the reservation without a refund. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Should we have to dispatch security to the residence, any fees associated with the dispatch will be passed along.
