No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed; outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, and all windows/doors to the apartment must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Check-out is at 11 AM. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. To help ensure the safety of guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, and there is a $1000 fine for violation. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
A dedicated on-site office is available for guest use. Inside, you’ll also find convenient vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks.
Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
