Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Fort Lauderdale has city ordinance quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Please do not set the AC thermostat below 60 degrees, as this can freeze the unit. Refunds will not be given due to noise from the wall unit. Any guests who plan to use the BBQ grill should be familiar with propane gas grills and ensure proper usage and cleaning. Beach umbrellas and snorkeling gear are not provided. There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. No on-street parking is allowed. Any fines, boots, or towed vehicles will not be the responsibility of the host. Excessive trash requiring removal will incur a $75 fee, and excessive waste requiring professional deep cleaning will incur an additional $300 fee. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized occupants will result in a $500 violation fee for 4-15 people or $800 for 16-22 people, and may lead to immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Unruly behavior will result in a first and final warning, with potential dispatch of security at the guest's expense. A second complaint or disturbance will result in immediate eviction. The property has 6 exterior cameras for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the units. Should security need to be dispatched, associated fees will be passed on to the guest. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. There is a $1000 smoke remediation fee for smoking inside the property.
