There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. Pets are allowed with an upfront fee of $30 per pet or $40 for two pets, and a daily fee of $30 per night for one pet or $40 per night for two pets. Pets are not allowed on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas, and any pet hair found in these areas will result in an excessive cleaning fee. All pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized occupants will incur a violation fee, and discovery of unauthorized occupants is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Any noise disturbance resulting in a neighbor complaint or city ordinance violation will be the responsibility of the guest. There are 5 outdoor cameras on the building exterior. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. All trash must be bagged and removed from the unit. An excessive trash removal fee of $75 applies for trash that does not fit in the bins and requires hauling away. An additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive waste or scattered mess requiring professional deep cleaning. The maximum occupancy of this home is 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized occupants will incur a tiered violation fee. Any individual on-site exceeding the registered guest count is considered a violation of house rules. Discovery of unauthorized occupants is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Any noise disturbance resulting in a neighbor complaint or city ordinance violation will be treated as a material breach of the rental agreement. Guests are responsible for adhering to all city-wide noise ordinances. Any fines issued by the city due to guest noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest. There is no daily maid service. There is no on-site laundry available for use. The hot water typically lasts between 5–10 minutes. The Fort Lauderdale water may have a yellow tint due to tannins. A Brita water filter, smart fridge with purified water, and water bottles are provided for convenience. The maximum number of guests is 4, with potential accommodation for additional guests for a fee of $40 per night per guest, subject to availability and approval. The property manager may use a third-party to screen identity and check criminal databases. Guests must ask the host prior to booking if booking is done with the intent to do any commercial photography or filming. An additional $500 fee applies to all reservations booked with the intent to film or have commercial photography. Mention of the property is mandatory as a location credit @CestLaVieHomeAway. If a guest declines the added fee and states that filming and/or photography will no longer take place to avoid the fee, a fee will still be obliged to pay as once in the home, cameras will not confirm or deny photography/filming. All outdoor areas are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests. Nudity is forbidden in the communal area. If bringing a pet, please ensure they are leashed at all times in the communal area. All pet waste needs to be collected. If a complaint about pet waste not being collected is received, cameras will be reviewed to identify the responsible party and charge them an excessive pet waste fee. Pets may not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. All pet fees must be paid prior to arrival or the entry code will not be given until it has been completed. All pets are to be leashed while outside at all times. Guests agree that there will be absolutely no use of fireworks or any other explosives anywhere near the property. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited in the units. Any evidence of firearms on the property will result in the termination of the stay without refund. Guests must abide by all city, state, federal, and other applicable laws and bylaws. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place as found. Cleaners will charge additionally for moving items, and these fees will be passed down to guests. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not. Starters for toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, and garbage bags are provided. Additional items may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Lost items will be held for 15 days before being considered forfeited. Shipping costs plus a $25 fee apply for mailing items back. Mail, packages, and deliveries require prior notification and approval. Guests must not claim proof of residency by receiving mail at the property. If a guest intends to receive a package, they must message stating they will not be residing as a long-term tenant. USPS may not deliver to the address. While the property is in a safe neighborhood, security protocol includes 5 outdoor cameras and two motion-activated flood lights. There are no cameras inside the units. These devices are not meant to micro-manage guests. If security is dispatched to enforce, warn, or evict, associated fees will be passed on to the guest. Original covers for sleeper sofas have been damaged beyond repair and replaced with sofa covers. Please do not let pets on sofa covers.
