This apartment features an outdoor shower and a patio for you to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances for your convenience.
An extra parking space is available if you utilize the parking space on the side. Pets are welcome with an upfront fee of $30 for one pet or $40 for two pets, and an additional fee of $30 per night for one pet or $40 per night for two pets. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please ensure all pet fees are paid prior to arrival. Early check-ins are available upon request for an additional fee: $200 for a 12:30 PM check-in and $100 for a 2 PM check-in. Late checkouts are available for an additional fee of $50 per hour.

Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the house. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Unauthorized occupants will incur a $500 violation fee for 6-15 people and an $800 violation fee for 16-22 people. Any noise disturbance resulting in a neighbor complaint or city ordinance violation will be treated as a material breach of the rental agreement. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit causing damages.
This apartment is remote work-friendly and includes high-speed internet throughout the house, with each TV set up with common streaming apps.
Please note that the hot tub may have minor debris inside. Fort Lauderdale water has a yellow tint due to tannins, but it is safe to drink. A Brita Water Filter, a smart fridge with purified water, and water bottles are provided for your convenience. Trash and recycling guidelines must be followed, and an excessive trash removal fee of $75 may apply for trash that does not fit in the bins. An additional $300 cleaning fee will be incurred for excessive waste or scattered mess requiring professional deep cleaning. [SI]
