It is with great pleasure that I write a review of the Laureat Las Olas. I've been a resident of the building since it opened in 2020. In addition to the physical beauty of the building and the prime location, I was attracted to the excellent energy of the staff and fellow residents. Until recently, the staff was led by Erica who made sure the lease renewals were done efficiently with win-win terms for the tenant and landlord, ensuring the building's near full occupancy. She was recently... promoted by Greystar and replaced by a new manager, Jonathan. Although he has been in charge for a relatively short time, he has initiated significant improvements to the building and its day-to-day operations. Based on conversations with Jonathan, I believe that he will prove to be an excellent building manager. The rental office team is blessed with Adam and Nia both of whom are very knowledgeable and super helpful. The maintenance staff includes Wilner and Jesus who are extremely skilled and efficient. Our concierge, Jorge, always stands ready to be of service. In summary, I highly recommend the building to anyone who wants to live well in the heart of Las Olas.
