Laureat Las Olas is a fabulous place to live! The building is extremely well run by Erica and her colleagues, Nia and Adam. The concierge, Jorge is always very helpful. The maintenance staff consistently provide timely and accurate service of any repair issues in my apartment. Laureat Las Olas is a first class property! Thank you to the amazing Laureat team for making my experience here so wonderful!!

In general, I can say that I am very satisfied with this community. Without a doubt, I would stay much longer. During the months I’ve lived here, I’ve felt comfortable and at ease.
