This property is strictly non-smoking, and a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoke. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests are required to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. For your comfort and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level, especially during nighttime hours, as quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. No pets are allowed without prior written authorization, and a $100 pet fee will be applied if approved. Guests bringing pets without approval will be charged a $300 fee and immediately evicted. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Please be mindful of tropical bugs and wild animals. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The host, or their agent, may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. The host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property and its furnishings. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Please dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only.
