Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are asked to notify of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out without prior approval, and a $25 fee per extended hour will apply if late check-out is approved. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level, especially during nighttime hours (quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM). Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. There are to be no pets on the property without prior written authorization, and an approved pet will incur a $100 pet fee. Guests bringing an unapproved pet will be charged a $300 fee and immediately evicted. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests agree to pay for any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Please remove shoes when inside the home. Be mindful of tropical bugs and critters. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Host or their agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs, or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Guests shall not re-key or change outdoor locks. Please dispose of food in the trash can; the garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Do not eat food in bedrooms to prevent pests and linen damage. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be rearranged. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for excessive cleanup.
