Smoking is NOT allowed in or near the condo, including on the walkway. There is a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests should be mindful of noise levels. Check-out time is 10 am, and a $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. A $50 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour if approved. Guests are responsible for keeping the condo clean and tidy, but there is no daily maid service. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited.
