Smoking is NOT allowed in or near the condo, including on the walkway. There is a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Check-out time is 10 am, with a $50 fine for late check-out for each extended hour. The property is equipped with a contactless entry system. Noise levels should be mindful during quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, as per the Okaloosa Island noise ordinance. Guests are responsible for keeping the condo clean and tidy, with no daily maid service. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Any damage to furnishings or fixtures will be charged to the guest. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Complaints from neighbors regarding noise may result in immediate eviction. Items left behind are not the host's liability. Guests agree to pay for any damage made by guests or their visitors. The host or their agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance.
