The neighborhood is easily accessible by foot, car, public transport, bike, or rideshare services.
The property has a no-smoking policy inside and outside, and parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors. Check-in is available from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. The property is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. The original container doors serve as storm shutters. Guests are asked to help with recycling and conserving energy. Please enjoy observing local wildlife from a distance and refrain from feeding them. One designated parking spot is available per booking. Outdoor furniture must remain in its designated area. The deck lights are solar-powered and for decorative purposes only.
