This townhouse has a steep staircase that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. This is a non-smoking unit, including the patio and balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for reporting any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are NOT allowed at this property. No Events. Guests agree to pay a $20 per person/per day charge for any visitor not identified in the reservation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Guests agree to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay if approved. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
