This townhouse is ideally located just steps away from the pristine sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it's tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk, offering direct access to the beach and the intercostal waterway. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is a short 10-15 minute drive from Destin, depending on traffic. The neighborhood is conveniently located near a variety of dining options, entertainment venues, and shopping destinations.
Check-in time is 4pm or after. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Check-out time is 11am. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Guests agree to pay a $50 early check-in fee if approved. Guests agree to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay if approved. Due to the tropical climate and proximity to water, guests may encounter tropical insects, amphibians, and other wildlife. While the space is treated regularly for pests, it is sometimes out of our control. Guests should be aware of their surroundings, especially near water. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after checkout. Pets are NOT allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. If the garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, Guest agrees to be charged for a plumber’s time. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware under any circumstances. Noise to be kept to a minimum, and quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
