Smoking is strictly prohibited within the condo; please use designated outdoor areas. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Quiet hours are observed. No pets are allowed. Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor dumpster. Review house rules and local guidelines. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated with prior arrangements and at an additional cost. Guests are responsible for locksmith fees if they lock themselves out. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out after 10 am, and a $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour if approved. Guests must notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Any cleaning or maintenance concerns must be reported within 2 hours of check-in. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host, or Host's Agent, may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are to be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
