Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony, with a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee for any violation. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pets are not allowed in the unit, and guests who bring pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. Check-in time is 4 PM or after, and check-out time is 11 AM. Guests who do not check out by 11 AM will be charged a $50 fine. The pool is heated until February 1st. Guests are required to wear proper swim attire in the pool area. Locals must communicate with the host before booking. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry.
