A Pack & Play crib is available for free upon request. Valet parking is available with pricing: $35 per night plus tax for 1-7 nights, $30 per night plus tax for 8+ nights, $20 plus tax for short-term (3 hours) with extra hours at $8 per hour plus tax, a $650 plus tax monthly rate for 30-night stays, and $480 per month plus tax for long-term stays of 6+ months. Package service is available Monday to Sunday from 8 AM – 4 PM for $5.50 per package, and after hours for $27.50 per package.

A resort fee is charged at check-in and is not included in the nightly rate. Stays of 1 to 14 nights incur a daily resort fee of $40 plus applicable taxes, stays of 15 to 29 nights are $35 per day plus applicable taxes, and stays of 30 nights or more are $30 per day plus applicable taxes. A refundable incidental property security deposit of $250 is required at check-in. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times. A wristband is required at all times while inside the property and when using any amenities, as it grants access to the building and its facilities.
