Quiet time on Hollywood Beach is from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as per Hollywood Noise Ordinance. Towels are provided on Friday; if more are needed before then, please ask. Absolutely no smoking in the rooms at any time; a $250.00 fee will be charged if caught smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outside as long as it doesn't bother other guests. No candles are allowed for any reason. A minimum $100.00 charge will be applied if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. Please clean the grill after use to avoid a $25 cleaning charge. Pets are not accepted; a pet cleaning fee of a minimum of $100.00 may be charged if extra cleaning is required. Service dogs are accepted but must be with you at all times and never left alone.
