The maximum occupancy for the studio is two persons, and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours on Hollywood Beach are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in the rooms, and smoking is only permitted outside if it does not disturb other guests. A cleaning charge of at least $100 may apply if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. Please clean the grill after use to avoid a $25 cleaning charge.
