No more than 2 dogs are permitted, and cats are not allowed. Lost keys incur a $150 fee and potential lock change costs.

Guests are reminded to be good neighbors by keeping noise to a respectful level. There is a 2-car maximum for parking. No more than 6 occupants are allowed per unit. Attempted early check-in prior to 4:00 PM or guests not checked out promptly at 10:00 AM will be billed a full day's rate. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises or near the premises, with a $1,000 charge for any violation. Unauthorized pets may incur a $250 per pet per day charge. Any infraction of the policies is a serious violation of the license agreement and is subject to immediate cancellation of the privilege to remain in the home.
