Having a vehicle is the best way to get around.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. One house-trained dog (less than 60 lbs) is welcome with prior written notification and approval, and is subject to a pet fee up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to 2 vehicles, and 2 vehicles may park on the street in front of the home. Please be considerate of the neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
