Smoking violations or the presence of smoke smell may incur a minimum $250 remediation fee. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a fee up to $100. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, and illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. The pool has no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk.
