This unique layout provides both privacy and shared space, ideal for traveling together while enjoying separate accommodations. The suite features 2 sleeping areas, each with a king bed, and 2 full-size sofa sleepers. It includes 2 full bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The full kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, full refrigerator, and dishwasher. An additional kitchenette offers a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and mini-fridge. A washer and dryer are available in the 1-bedroom suite, and a dedicated workspace with a desk is provided in the Junior Suite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
Included with your stay are 2 complimentary Lapis Spa passes per room (valid for the entire stay, 18+) and full access to Fontainebleau pools, beach, gym, and resort amenities. Valet parking is available through the hotel for an additional charge, with rates varying by season. Pack 'n Plays are provided in the suite for your convenience. An inflatable mattress set-up is available for $50 per stay upon request.
Conveniently located on 44th & Collins Ave, this suite is steps away from the South Beach action and near world-famous Aventura Mall, Wynwood Art District, and Design District.
Check-in time is between 4 PM and 5 PM. If the room is ready before then, you may check in early. Otherwise, you can check into the hotel and use the amenities until your room is ready. The hotel will hold your bags at bellhop services and notify you when your suite is ready. Some amenities may or may not be available due to city ordinances. Guests must authorize a credit card for housekeeping and resort incidentals. The hotel will place a $250 hold per night per room on your credit card, which will be refunded upon checkout. This is a separate cost from the room. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for a service fee with 24-hour advance notice. Hotel rollaway beds are no longer offered for these privately managed suites. Arrivals between 7:01 PM – 6:59 AM are subject to an additional $75 after-hours hotel check-in fee per room.
