South of Fifth, also known as SoFi, is a quiet neighborhood with classic Art Deco architecture, surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants, just steps from Ocean Drive and the heart of the famous Miami Beach nightlife. With a Walk Score of 97 and a Bike Score of 87, daily errands, nightlife, cafes, and dining are within walking distance, and it's very bike-friendly with a nearby bike shop and city bike rentals. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown Miami and Biscayne Blvd, and just a block away from Washington Avenue.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apartment, and a fine will be assessed if the no-smoking rules are not observed. Guests should be respectful of their neighboring guests and keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and at a minimum after 10 PM. Multiple complaints from neighbors and/or visits from police or city code compliance may result in termination of the stay. Absolutely no parties. The lead guest must be 23 years of age or older, and ID may be requested upon check-in for verification. If verification is not possible, check-in may be denied.
