Luggage storage is available upon check-in/check-out for a fee. Valet service is the sole parking option if staying for less than 21 days. For stays of 21 days or longer, parking is available for $160 for the entire duration. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Alternatively, a daily valet fee of $48 is available, payable directly to the building.
Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations, including South Beach (8 minutes/3 miles), Wynwood (5 minutes), Brickell City Center (2 miles south), Design District (2 miles north), Arsht Center and Kaseya Center, and Downtown Miami nightlife.
The building is currently undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, with temporary pathways in place. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance with StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please let us know before completing your reservation. Depending on the length of your stay, the building may also require a full residency application within 24 hours of booking, which could include prior residency, employment details, social security number, references, and other personal information. Please note that our photos represent examples of units within the building. While furnishings and finishes may vary, the quality and aesthetic will always be consistent with the images shown. Because our apartments are part of the Grand Building and occasionally in rotation, minor differences may occur. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If needed, luggage can be stored with the bellman before or after your stay for $3 per suitcase. Parking is available at a cost of $160 per stay for one vehicle, and requests must be made within 24 hours of booking. Each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building. To ensure proper registration, parking details, IDs, and payments must be submitted by 2 PM Monday through Friday. If documents are submitted after hours or on weekends, valet parking must be used until the office reopens. Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay, but delivery dates must fall within the reservation period. The unit number will be provided 24 hours before arrival. We cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after your stay.
