Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations.
