Check-in is between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday 9am-4pm. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item.
